Lessons from my first 10k month……
Like holy FUCK I cannot believe I just wrote that! God, I’m turning into one of those women that used to trigger the shit out of me…..and I LOVE IT!
So this week I have decided to share some of my insights into this whole situation I have going on here ( still doing happy dances around the kitchen)
So here goes…..
- IT TAKES TIME –
“How long?” I hear you ask????
Well, it takes however long it takes you to get out of your own way, heal all the shit that tells you, you can’t have it, don’t deserve it, or the belief that it’s just not available to you. For me that was about 3 years…for you, it might be more or less. The point I am trying to make is that the sooner we decide that everything we desire is available to us (because if it wasn’t then why would we desire it??) Then the sooner we get to recognise that all that ‘not-enoughness’ is well to put it frankly – BULLSHIT! Then the sooner we can get into alignment with what we want and take the necessary action!
Lastly, however long it takes is perfect for you! It may not feel like it but trust in your own divine timing.
2) “You have to be an energetic match for the financial goal”
I’ve heard this many times, and I got it… on an intellectual level but now I GET IT!
What that means to me is that you have to feel that it’s DONE, like a total inevitability. I knew that this was the case because once it happened I didn’t feel like it was a fluke, or that it wouldn’t happen again or ANY imposter syndrome at all!
Of course, it happened. I acted quickly on an idea that I felt very excited and aligned with. It actually was that simple. Its annoyingly simple but that doesn’t make it easy.
3) There are two ways – hustle and hard work or aligned action and trust!
I’d take the latter every time. Both work but one leaves you overworked and unfulfilled and the other means you enjoy the process! No brainer!
4) Enjoy the ride, if you TRUST that all is working out FOR you, then once you are clear on your desires, your only job is to take the action that feels good to you. You then deal with and heal anything that comes up that makes you feel like you can’t be, do or have what you desire.
Make the choice that you will only listen to your supportive thoughts and you will allow then negative ones to walk on by..(this takes practice and the occasional pep-talk)
5) Don’t be so hard on yourself, you are exactly where you are meant to be. You are supposed to fail, supposed to make mistakes and supposed to lose your mojo from time to time. Don’t judge it or yourself when it happens. Just remember why you are doing it, soothe yourself like you would your best friend, take a deep breath and keep moving!
