The weight of expectations and “should’s” is something , we as women, feel quite heavily.
It’s not just what other people expect from us but what we expect from ourselves. So why do we expect ourselves to be and do things in a certain way?
Our influences from family, friends, society, media…the list goes on and on!
What if your expectations are just not working for you?
What if it could be different?
Are you expecting yourself to act and do things in a certain way because that’s just what you think you should do?
Is your life drifting day in and day out with you “being and doing” what you think you should do instead of what you want to do?
Being everything to everybody leaves us exhausted, and not living your day with intention and just doing what you feel is expected is just a little soul sucking, don’t you think?
