I’m in this with you, I’m living the ride of motivation right now myself.
A few months ago I followed a pretty specific exercise and nutrition plan that left me in the strongest and leanest form of my life.
After achieving this amazing goal I then found myself in the position so what’s next? Prior to the challenge that I did (called Lean8 with my PT) I had already applied the principals of my transformational coaching to my wellness in a bid to have the right energy and mindset around my long term wellness.
To look like I do in the fitness photo’s you see of me on my social media all the time would absolutely suck!
I am so proud of myself but to look like that everyday for the rest of my life would mean not enjoying food, and I LOVE food, especially cake!
So, here I am now 12 weeks after finishing the Lean 8 with a few pounds back on, and I’m 100% ok with that because, I am still healthy, eating well and moving my body with various workouts throughout my week.
The reason I was able to do this is because I did the work on my mental, emotional and physical wellbeing way before the challenge.
This work allows me to enjoy my life and not beat myself up and give up because I’m having a bad week.
It helps me ride through the highs and lows of my motivation by keeping to a minimum commitment to my wellness.
