Recently it came to me that the word “trying” feels like the most disempowering word out there.
To me it’s a word that comes from lack, with negative and almost a heavy feel to it.
To “try” is to half arse it, like you don’t think you can or don’t want to do whatever it is you’re trying to achieve.
To “try” is tentative, to do is ALL IN!
Trying is pursuing a goal without confidence.
A client of mine recently broke a personal nervous habit and when I asked her how she managed to break it, she said, I just stopped trying to and I just did it.
This made me dive deeper into this subject and in this video I give you a different perspective to trying and 3 new skills you can grow and apply to every new goal or challenge put before you.
